How we use your pickup request details
This page explains how Take My Pallets uses information you share when you request commercial pallet pickup.
What you can submit
Your request can include business and contact details, pickup locations, pallet type and condition, volume, access needs, and timing. You can also choose whether Take My Pallets may share these details with a commercial service provider.
How the details are used
We use your details to understand your pickup needs, qualify the request internally, and contact you about possible options. Submitting the form starts a pickup request. It does not book a pickup or guarantee a response, service area, accepted material, quote, price, pickup, or timing. A service provider must confirm the locations, materials, access, price, and schedule before work can be arranged.
Sharing
Our internal team qualifies each request. We may manually refer a suitable request to a commercial service provider only after you give recorded consent in the form. We share only the details needed to discuss a possible pickup. We do not promise that a provider will accept the request or provide service.
